The Board of Education of the East Holmes Local School District, whose offices are located at 4535 TR 367, Millersburg, OH 44654, is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) services for the District’s Facilities Master Plan and subsequent phased improvements, including additions and renovations across District buildings, and such additional and reasonably related improvements as may be deemed necessary by the Owner.
The Project is anticipated to occur in two phases. Phase One includes collaboration during the Master Planning process and the provision of pre-construction services. Phase Two will include final design and construction services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) delivery method. Construction is anticipated to begin in Spring 2027.
