Bus Drivers

EHLS is looking for regular route and substitute Bus Drivers willing to train to obtain a CDL with school bus/passenger endorsement for the 2022-2023 school year.  This position is great for retired individuals looking for something extra to do or nice for parents who want or need a job that is on the same schedule as their children.  Trips include athletic events, field trips and regular am/pm routes.

Cooks/Servers

Come join the fun and help us serve nutritious meals to our youngest scholars!  The East Holmes School Nutrition Department is looking to add a couple of positions to help support our team.  We are looking for energetic individuals that have a heart to serve.  Food Service experience is not required, just a great attitude.  We will make sure you are trained and feel like part of the team in no time.

Aide at Walnut Creek Elementary (2022-2023)

EHLS is looking for a highly motivated Paraprofessional (Aide) who has a passion for working with students at Walnut Creek Elementary.  This individual will be responsible for assisting teachers in supporting students with disabilities in learning academic, functional and self-regulation skills to promote student independence in class and/or a small group setting.  There is a preference for someone who has training or experience in working with students with disabilities in a school environment.  Candidate will be required to obtain a Paraprofessional (Aide) license.  This position is 6 hours per day.

Library Aide at Winesburg Elementary (2022-2023)

EHLS is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to serve as a Library Paraprofessional at Winesburg Elementary.  This position manages the library as a student-focused learning environment.  Fostering a love of reading, sharing resources to support student research, and collaborating with teachers are at the heart of this position.  The Library Paraprofessional teams with the District Library Media Specialist to develop and maintain the library collection and services.  Responsibilities include providing assistance to students and staff, circulating library materials, reading aloud stories, and basic computer tasks. Additional duties include lunchroom supervision or other duties as assigned by the building Principal.  Minimum qualification of high school diploma or GED required.

Study Hall Aide at Hiland HS/MS (2022-23)

EHLS is looking for a highly motivated Paraprofessional (Aide) who has a passion for working with students at Hiland HS/MS.  This individual will be responsible for monitoring Study Hall. Candidate will be required to obtain a Paraprofessional (Aide) license. This position is full-time and benefit eligible.

EHLS is looking for a highly motivated Paraprofessional (Aide) who has a passion for working with students at Berlin Elementary.  This individual will be responsible for assisting teachers in supporting students with disabilities in learning academic, functional and self-regulation skills to promote student independence in class and/or a small group setting.  There is a preference for someone who has training or experience in working with students with disabilities in a school environment.  Candidate will be required to obtain a Paraprofessional (Aide) license.  This position is 5.75 hours per day.

General Teaching Assignment at Hiland HS/MS

EHLS is looking for an individual to serve in a building Teacher assignment for Hiland HS/MS for the 2022-2023 school year.  This full-time position will include general teacher responsibilities and the following:  Building Data Leader, supporting identified students (individuals and small groups) to address learning loss, and cover classrooms as needed and support online/digital students as directed.  Licensure requirement is K-8 or 7-12.
