East Holmes Local Schools Department of Student Services and Special Education provides supports and services to over 225 children (ages 3-21) with disabilities.

    • functional curriculum 
    • hearing and visual impaired curriculum

IDEA- Child Find

The District ensures that a free appropriate public education (FAPE) is made available to all children with disabilities between the ages of 3 and 21 who reside within the district and who require special education and related services; in accordance with federal law, IDEA, and Ohio Operating Standards. If you know of a child who may have a suspected disability, including pre-school age children, please contact the Student Services office at (330) 893-2610.
